There is a Merchant that sells them. I believe it’s on the 3rd world, saw it in a friend’s world but mine didn’t have the same npc (i have small islands, his is set to large islands) just look around at all the shop NPCs one of them sells the block. There is also a old fashion well pump. (Metal spigot with a lever used to pull water from a well)
You help me fight the thing and if we get the item I’ll get it so we both have the recipe. I can’t deal enough damage to the stupid thing. (Max lvl also ps4, username is my psn name) i grinded out the normal boss until i got a item i wanted and it took forever.
If the game gave us options to pick elements for our weapons it would be a cake walk. (Having only low lvl weapons have certain elements kinda sucks) rude devs.
Save data management from your system settings menu. Plug in a flash drive, copy your system save data file to usb, then find the drive your original back up is on then copy that file to system storage.
You want to get the usb copy of your current data so you can see what you will lose for changing to the older save data, your character invo could be saved by joining a friend’s world empty invo into chest then doing save changes listed above, then as your old backup join him and take back the items.
Be warned, the game saves ALL worlds and ALL characters under ONE file.
Idk why it is so bad. I found turning off “detail objects” in display settings really helped reduce it.i only see it in online co-op or if i spam to many containers in a short time frame.
The only building things i know of is the placement grid (1 block for blocks, but expands for larger items like a door showing each edge of said object, also shows mining selection with tools. There is another icon when placing blocks that appears when you are near a drop of one or more tiles that will allow you to place tiles without being able to directly see the block your connecting to. But it always places at the height of the block your standing on.
The game has a player cap due to how hard it pushes the system. (Poorly optimized) but once you move on to the “hard” bosses you WILL need lvl 30 friends as max gear dps is just not enough. The “hard” version of the first boss (worm) takes so much damage that his tails take so long to kill that me with buff potions, i could barely take out 1 tail segment b4 they went back into the ground. (Which heals the damage you have done unless you kill it)
I don’t have a lot of crash issues but i did figure out a very key thing with this game. On consoles this game is very under optimized, you MUST turn off the block details graphic setting (it removes all the extra visual objects like the fake grass plant) until i turned that off i was freezing up frequently for annoying gaps of time.
Also keep your FOV at normal or lower, i had a friend report the game ran horrible at higher FOVs for him. I play on a slim.
I also think having a highfilled system storage might slow down the system but can’t be positive on that one.
